The zip file you can download here contains two files:

tls file for TuneUp Styler

logonui.exe for Replacer

It should work on resolutions up to 1600x1000 pixels.

great work!! I love this logon...

may I ask you this question:

Will you allow me to use your icons in this logon? because I can't make any of them, I can only change the Background with Resource Hacker.
I change it with my own wallpaper.

Please reply, but if you won't allow, it's OK for me..
